• Sports wagering is an inherently risky endeavor & that no prediction model is perfect.

• I will not engage in placing wagers with any entity, bookmaker or person that does not have a license to accept such wagers in the state I am located when I place the wager.

• I will not republish, disseminate or use information learned from SBIA or any service provided by, provided through SBIA, or associated with SBIA to compete with SBIA.

​

• I will not post information learned from my use of services offered by SBIA ("Services") to any web site, social media platform, or other publicly available source of information or communication.

​

• I will be bound by the site terms of service and privacy policy posted on or through www.sbia1.com (the "Site").

​

• I understand that SBIA has the unconditional right to reject any subscriber or subscription application for any reason.

​

• I understand that SBIA has the unconditional right to cancel or terminate any subscription at any time for any reason. 

​

• I RELEASE SBIA OF ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM MY USE OF THE SITE & SERVICES.

​

• I UNDERSTAND SBIA MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING ITS SITE OR SERVICES PROVIDED, ALL OF WHICH ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS.

• I UNDERSTAND & AGREE MY USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES IS AT MY SOLE RISK.

• I UNDERSTAND & AGREE THAT SBIA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION OF WARRANTY THAT THIS SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

• I UNDERSTAND & AGREE THAT SBIA FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION FOUND ON THE SITE OR THROUGH THE SERVICES.

• I UNDERSTAND & AGREE THAT SBIA SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPORTS GAMBLING OR WAGERING LOSSES, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES LOSSES (EVEN IF SBIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM : (I) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR SITE; (II) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS & SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE OR SITE; (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (IV) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE OR SITE; OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR SITE.

• I understand that if required or requested, SBIA may provide information it collects about me to law enforcement and gaming regulatory agencies, & nothing in this Subscription Application Agreement shall require SBIA to violate any law, regulation, order or subpoena to which it is subject.

​

• I confirm that SBIA has not recommended & does not recommend bookmakers that I should use. 

​

• I understand that SBIA is not in the business of betting or wagering & that SBIA does not accept wagers. 

​

• This Subscription Application Agreement shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, as if this agreement was made within Nevada between two residents thereof, & the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state & federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under these Terms of Service, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover cost and attorney's fees.
